اهمیت و لزوم توجه و رسیدگی به دیتا سنتر ها
امروزه محيط های مختاف مربوط به مرکز داده پیچیدگی و البته پیشرفت زیادی داشته اند و فرآیند های مختلف تحلیل و بررسی داده ها، اینترنت اشیا، محسابات ابری و ذخیره سازی و غیره در این بخش انجام می شوند. مشکلات دیتاسنتر زمانی بروز می کنند که مسئولان و مدیران شرکت ها قادر به خوبی به مراکز داده رسیدگی کنند.
پس پر واضح است که درک درست داشتن از تجهیزات و تاسیسات فیزیکی و زیر ساخت های یک شرکت چقدر چقدر در حفظ و نگهداری مراکز داده و جلوگیری از بروز مشکلات دیتاسنتر اهمیت دارد. در شرایط معمولی سالانه یک بار رسیدگی و بازرسی کلی لازم است، چنانچه تغییری در وضعیت این بخش و تجهیزات آن رخ داده باشد و به مدتی طولانی نادیده گرفته شود علاوه بر کاهش کارایی مرکز، هزینه های بالایی را نیز به دنبال خواهد داشت.
دغدغه ها
دو دغدغه مهم شرکت ها برای حفظ کارایی مرکز داده در مدت طولانی و دستیابی به آپ تایم بالا وجود دارد. اول از همه باید تجهیزات و تمام موجودیات مثل سرور ها، رک ها، منابع تغذیه، زیر ساخت ها و سیستم های کاهش دما ردگیری شوند و دوم اینکه محیط دیتا سنتر و تجهیزات به صورت منظم و یکپارچه رسیدگی و نگهداری شود.
نگهداری غیر استاندارد، حوادث و بلایای طبیعی و اتفاقات پیش بینی نشده مختلف تجهیزات و دارایی های فیزیکی یک شرکت را تهدید میکنند، مشکلات دیتاسنتر با جنبه ها و انواع گوناگونی مثل قطعی برق، خراب شدن سیستم های سرمایشی و تهویه ای، نشت آب، آتش سوزی و غیره روبرو است که تماما باید توسط تیم حرفه ای و فنی رسیدگی شود و مهم تر از همه از بروز این مشکلات جلوگیری گردد.
داشته های فيزيکی
شرایط مختلف مراکز داده به طور مرتب تغییر میکند، تجهیزات دیگر نصب می شوند و قدیمی تر ها از دور خارج می شوند و جایگزین می شوند و یا تعمیر می شوند. ساختمان ها به مرور باید تعمیر شوند و فضاها گسترش پیدا کنند. سیستم ها و ابزارهای آنلاین و خودکار برای پیگیری شرایط به صورت دائمی باید فعال باشند و در هر تایم باید بررسی شود که در کدام بخش یا کدام ساختمان و رک دستگاهی جدید سوار شده است. علاوه بر این تمام دستگاه ها باید کد گذاری شوند و اطلاعاتی جامع در رابطه با آنها ثبت شود.
محیط دیتا سنتر
یکی دیگر از موارد مهم محیط فیزیکی مراکز داده است که کارایی و آپ تایم را ارتقا می بخشد. از جمله مواردی که باید رعایت و همیشه بررسی شوند، دمای اتاق و رطوبت آن، نوسانات برق و دیگر موارد است. علاوه براین باید مطمئن باشید منبع تغذیه پشتیبان در همه حال آماده فعالیت است.
برای پیشگیری از مشکلات دیتاسنتر باید دوربین های نظارتی و سیستم های امنیتی فیزیکی، سنسور های اخطار و هشدار دهنده آتش یا آب باید نصب شوند. و بزرگترین راهکار برای جلوگیری از مشکلات دیتاسنتر استفاده از مانیتورینگ و مدیریت بی وقفه و خودکار مرکز داده است.
