شرکت هواوی درست بعد از اینکه وارد لیست تحریمی های آمریکا شد این کمپانی اعلام کرد که شروع به توسعه و راه اندازی سیستم عامل هارمونی جدید خود کرده است. امروزه در آخرین اخبار شاهد توسعه و بهره برداری هواوی از سیستم عامل هارمونی 2.0 می باشیم.
کامپیوتر هایی که مجهز به HARMONYOS 2.0 هستند دارای پردازنده‌ی Kunpeng می باشند و در آینده ای نزدیک وارد بازار چین خواهند شد.
قابلیت های استفاده بیشتر
قبلا شرکت هواوی اعلام کرده بود که HARMONYOS 2.0 یک نرم افزار کراس پلتفرم است که خبر نشان می دهد انواع محصولات از جمله ساعت هوشمند، رایانه های شخصی، اتومبیل های بی سرنشین، و سایر دیوایس ها هوشمند نیز می توانند از HARMONYOS 2.0 استفاده کنند. البته برای گوشی های هواوی کمی شرایط متفاوت خواهد بودو همچنان گوشی های هوشمند هواوی با سیستم عامل اندروید عرضه می شوند
البته لازم به ذکر اس که در گوشی های هوشمند هواوی از HMS به جای سرویس گوگل استفاده می شود. هواوی هم چنان توسعه اپ گالری را در کنار HARMONYOS 2.0 ادامه می دهد ول یهنوز به طور دقیق مشخص نشده که چه موقع محصولات گوگل کاملا کنار گذاشته می شوند و چه موقع هواوی به طور کامل اندروید را کنار می گذارد چون کاربران هنوز آمادگی جدایی از این سیستم عامل محبوب را ندارند.
HMS هم اکنون در بالغ بر صد و هفتاد کشور و منطقه استفاده می شوند، و حدود چهارصد میلیون کاربر فعال در ماه دارد، این نشان می دهد این سرویس حتی با وجود تازه وارد بودن خود پس از سرویس های نرم افزاری گوگل و اپل رتبه سوم را دارد. به هر حال با تمام این اوصاف هنور عرصه برای ورود و خودنمایی سیستم عامل هارمونی 2.0 با وجود اندروید محبوب، تنگ است.
