نحوه حذف اکانت واتساپ
قبل از شروع به آموزش حذف اکانت WhatsApp باید به این نکته اشاره شود که در صورت حذف Account، تمامی اطلاعات پاک خواهند شد و در صورت ایجاد حساب کاربری با همان شماره در واتساپ ، دیگر اطلاعات شما قابل بازگرداندن نخواهد بود.
قدم اول: برای حذف اکانت واتس اپ از گوشی باید وارد بخش تنظیمات این برنامه شوید. برای ورود به بخش تنظیمات باید بر روی سه نقطه بالا کلیک کنید و در ادامه گزینه Settings را انتخاب کنید.
قدم دوم: پس از ورود به بخش Settings، در این مرحله باید گزینه Account یا همان حساب کاربری را انتخاب کنید.
قدم سوم: برای حذف اکانت واتس اپ از گوشی باید گزینه مربوط به حذف حساب کاربری (Delete My Account) را انتخاب کنید.
قدم چهارم: این مرحله که مهم ترین قسمت از فرآیند پاک کردن حساب کاربری واتساپ است، با قدم به قدم پیش رفت. در قدم اول باید ابتدا کشور را انتخاب کنید و بعد شماره ای که با آن اکانت WhatsApp را ایجاد کرده اید را وارد کنید و پس از آن بر روی باکس قرمز رنگ گزینه delete my account کلیک کنید.
قدم پنجم: واتساپ پیش از پاک کردن کامل حساب کاربری، دو سوال خواهد پرسید که برای حذف اکانت باید حتما به آن ها پاسخ داد. اولین سوال علت حذف اکانت است و دیگری در خصوص پیشنهادات کاربران برای رفع نواقص این اپلیکیشن است تا با استفاده از این پیشنهادات، مشکلات و نواقص موجود را برطرف کند. در آخر هم گزینه حذف حساب کاربری را کلیک کنید.
